Are your prices excluding or including VAT?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT. This means the displayed price already includes 20% VAT, so there are no hidden charges on payment.
How much is delivery and collection ?
Delivery and collection costs depend on your location and where the furniture is being delivered to or collected from. However, these charges will always be clearly included in your final price so no surprises on payment. If you’d like a detailed quote based on your area, feel free to get in touch with us.
is there any extra charges?
We do our best to keep everything clear and upfront, but please note that extra charges may apply in certain situations. We charge for any losses of furniture or breakages that are beyond repair.
When it comes to seat pad damage, we completely understand that accidental spills can happen—it’s part of the job! However, any stains or damage that appear to be deliberate or excessive may incur a cleaning or replacement fee.
If you have any concerns, we’re always happy to discuss them with you in advance.
How many people do tables seat?
The number of people each table can seat depends on the style and size of the table. To find this information, simply head over to our Tables page and choose a table you like—the description will clearly state how many people it comfortably seats. If you’re unsure or need help deciding, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can i change my quantity?
Yes, you can adjust the quantity of your furniture rental up to the day before your scheduled delivery, subject to availability. Changes on the day of your event may still be possible, but additional charges could apply. We recommend letting us know as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request.
is there any Cancellation charges
Yes. Orders cancelled or reduced within one month of the start of the hire will incur a charge of 100% of the total hire charge.
is there a deposit to pay?
Yes. All hirers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 once an order has been placed. Orders are not confirmed bookings until the £50.00 deposit is paid.
